Join Generation Greenbrier Valley for their 2nd Annual Freshwater Folk 5K Run on October 5th, 2013! All food is donated to local food pantries. There will be awards for best male time, best female time, and best overall family time.

Location
Due to the US government shut down, the Freshwater Folk Festival has been moved to Midland Trail Park on E. Main St. in White Sulphur Springs. This park is next to Vines and Grinds and across from the Scott Lane intersection. It has been the site of the Dandelion Festival. Parking will be available along Main St. as well as at parking lots at the bank, US Post Office, etc. The hatchery is closed until the government shutdown is over. The Generation Greenbrier Valley's Freshwater Folk 5K will maintain the same route; however, registration, race start, and race finish will be at the Midland Trail Park. Registration is at 8:30 a.m.; Race begins at 9:00 a.m.
Fees/Admission
Adults: $5.00 and three non-perishable food items.
Children: Three non-perishable food items.
Family or Team: 10 canned goods for four people, PLUS $5.00 per person over the age of 18.
All food is donated to local food pantries!
